Respondent/Tenant in both CRPs Prayer in both :- These Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India , praying this Court to direct the Additional District Munsif (Rent Controller), Madurai Town to dispose the R.C.O.P. No. 5 of 2009 and 9 of 2009 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
ORDER:- These Civil Revision Petitions coming up for orders on this day and upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. P. Santhana Krishnan, Advocate for the Petitioner and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Munsif (Rent Controller), Madurai Town in D.NO.429 dated 4/11/2020 this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today for the extension of time for disposing R.C.O.P.Nos.5 & 9 of 2009.
2.This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 25.02.2020, by directing the trial Court to dispose of R.C.O.P.Nos.5 & 9 of 2009 within a period of three months.
3.Now, the trial Court seeks further time for disposing R.C.O.P.Nos.5 & 9 of 2009.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, further three months' time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the trial Court for disposal of R.C.O.P.Nos.5 & 9 of 2009. The trial Court is required to expedite the disposal of R.C.O.P.Nos.5 & 9 of 2009 without seeking any further extension of time.
