Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2026 to conduct proper enquiry and take appropriate action against the respondents 5 to 8 for grabbing the Inam Punjai lands allotted to the petitioner and other joint patta holder's ancestors comprised in Old Survey No.8 and New Survey No.8/8 situated in Pirattiyur Village, Trichy Taluk, Trichy West to an extent of 7 acres and 28 cents through forged documents and fraudulent power deeds within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2026 and conduct proper enquiry and take appropriate action against the respondents 5 to 8 for grabbing the Inam Punjai lands allotted to the petitioner and other joint patta holder's ancestors comprised in Old Survey No.8 and New Survey No.8/8, Pirattiyur Village, Trichy Taluk, Trichy West to an extent of 7 acres and 28 cents through forged documents and fraudulent power deeds. 2/5

2. Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed as against the respondents 5 to 8, notice to them is dispensed with.

3. By consent on either sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation on 10.01.2026 to conduct proper enquiry and take appropriate action against the respondents 5 to 8 for grabbing the Inam Punjai lands allotted to the petitioner and others. However, the same is yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be disposed within the time stipulated by this Court.

6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.01.2026 after issuing due notice to all the private respondents herein and dispose of the same, on its own merits 3/5

and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
