ORDER:- This Petitions is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 24.06.2019 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Tuticorin vide letter in D.No.3588 of 2019 dated 16.07.2019, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 24.06.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of E.A.No.135/2015 in E.A.No.274/2013 in E.P.No.102/2013, within a period of two weeks.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.3588/2019 dated 16.07.2019, whereby, stating some reasons, it requested further time of two months to comply with the order dated 24.06.2019 made in this revision.

3. There is no objection by the learned counsel for the petitioner for extending the time limit.
