ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

2.The first respondent is said to have convened the objection meeting with regard to the petition mentioned construction. The apprehension of the petitioners is that they may not be allowed to participate in the said objection meeting.

3.The purpose of convening such meeting is to gather inputs from all quarters. The petitioners have direct interest in the subject matter. The first respondent is directed to permit the petitioners to participate in the petition mentioned objection meeting. They shall be allowed to make their submissions for the consideration of the first respondent. 2/4
