PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in C.C.No.53 of 2015 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvadanai and Ramanathapuram District in Crime No.127 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent i.e Inspector of Police, Thondi Police Station, Ramanathapuram District and quash all further proceedings as against the petitioner.
