RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed for depositing Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.681 of 2015 before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.SUNDARESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner has come forward with this petition to modify the condition imposed for depositing Rs.1,00,000/-. 2.This Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner. At this time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be given time to deposit the said amount in two instalments.

3.Even though no averment has been made regarding such prayer, taking note of the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ two instalments and the first instalment shall be paid on or before

28.01.2016 and the second instalment shall be paid on or before 29.02.2016. If the petitioner fails to pay any one of the instalments, this modification petition is deemed to have been rejected.
