ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to pay the compensation amount to legal heirs of late R.Vaiyadurai under No Fault Liability Scheme. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 01.10.2022, after due enquiry and also affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and counter parties and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
