This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.170 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate , Tenkasi.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.It is seen from the records that when the matter was taken up for hearing on 04.01.2016 for admission, no notice was ordered. Thereafter, it was not listed. Therefore, it is clear that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with this matter. infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
