This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 17 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent police, insofar as the petitioners are concerned. 2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the first respondent and submits that the investigation has already been completed, final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate concerned and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.780 of 2024.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if they are having any grounds.
