PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 not to interfere with the civil dispute in respect of the properties in Sy.Nos.754/3, Periyakottaikadu Village, Orathanadu Taluk, Tanjore District measuring to an extent of acre 1 cents 98.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 not to interfere with the civil dispute in respect of the properties in Sy.Nos.754/3, Periyakottaikadu Village, Orathanadu Taluk, Tanjore District measuring to an extent of acre 1 cents 98.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 02.09.2021. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
