with law to find out the missing person within a time frame as may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to monitor the investigation in C.S.R.No.32 of 2026 on the file of the third respondent police and ensure registration of FIR and proper investigation, and to take appropriate action in accordance with law to find out the missing person.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, complaint were registered under the women missing. Subsequently, the missing person was located. However, the petitioner has lodged another complaint with same cause of action. Hence, he prayed for the dismissal of the writ petition.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
4.It is submitted again the woman missing, hence, a fresh complaint was preferred. In view of the submissions made by both sides, the respondents are directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
5.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
