[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Mr.G.Mahendran, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Nachiyarkoil Police Station, Thanjavur District, is present.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that his daughter Kanagavalli, aged about 20 years, went missing since 16.12.2018, in connection with which, on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Nachiyarkoil Police Station Crime No.384 of 2018 has been registered on 28.12.2018, under Section 363 I.P.C., against one Ponnusamy (third respondent). Not satisfied with the progress of the investigation, the petitioner has filed the present habeas https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

corpus petition.

3. On notice, Mr.R.Mathiyalagan, learned counsel has entered appearance for Ponnusamy (third respondent) and submitted that Ponnusamy and Kanagavalli got married on 21.01.2019 and since they belong to two different communities, they are in hiding as they fear communal backlash.

4. In such view of the matter, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
