"1. It is submitted that this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim bail to the petitioner on 12.02.2025 for the reason that the petitioner is ready to settle the matter. On instructions from the reference counsel there is no response from the petitioner in settling the matter. Hence, I am filing this memo before this Court to permit me to withdraw my memo of appearance for the petitioner in the above Criminal Original Petition.

Therefore, it is prayed that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to accept this memo and to permit me to withdraw Memo of appearance for the petitioner herein in the above Crl.O.P(MD).No.2468 of 2025 and thus render justice".
