The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the fourth respondent, who is the wife of the petitioner lodged a complaint against the petitioner and the same was registered in CSR.No.41 of 2021 and enquiry is still pending.
