Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.ARUN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P(MD)No.84 of 2023 dated 04.01.2023.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to comply the condition imposed upon the petitioner, since he is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order, dated 04.01.2023. 3.The learned Government advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that as per the condition imposed by this Court, dated 04.01.2023, the petitioner has paid Rs.3 lakhs to the credit of crime number. Hence, he has no objection to extend the time.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government advocate (Crl.Side), time granted by this Court, vide order dated 04.01.2023 is extended finally for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail already granted to the petitioner shall stand automatically vacated.
