The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the individual tenants/occupants of the shops had approached this Court by way of separate writ petitions and therefore, the writ petition was liable to be closed. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
