This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue Patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of Survey Nos.78/1, 79/4, 70/3, 3/2, 3/7 of Thayamangalam Village, Kannamangalam Group and in Survey Nos. 14/18, 29/13, 55/4A, 56/3, 6/8A of Aranaiyur Village, Ilaiyangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, by considering the petitioner's application dated 07.02.2020.
2. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

According to the petitioner, she has made a representation to the respondent on 07.02.2020, seeking Patta in respect of Survey Nos.78/1, 79/4, 70/3, 3/2, 3/7 situated at Thayamangalam Village, Kannamangalam Group and in Survey Nos.14/18, 29/13, 55/4A, 56/3, 6/8A situated at Aranaiyur Village, Ilaiyangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

Considering the above said facts, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2020 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after holding an enquiry, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
