2016 on the file of this Honble court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.VENKATESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioners MR.P.KANDASAMY Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- On a perusal of records, it is seen that anticipatory bail was granted on 29.11.2016 directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned court within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he has received the copy of the order on 14.12.2016 and the present petition is filed on 11.01.2017. 2. Considering the reasons assigned in the petition filed for extension of time, this Court is inclined to extend 10 days time from the date of which the order copy is made ready, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Taluk Legal Services Authority, Kamuthi.
