Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.197 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 2 (14), 2(16)(a)(b)(c), 9, 39(1)(a)(d), 39(3)(a)(b)(c), 50 ,57 and 51(1) of Wild Life Protection Act, 1972 in WLOR.No.39 of 2023 while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.197 of 2024 dated 10.01.2024. 4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. This petition is ordered accordingly.
