O R D E R
This criminal original petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and interfere in the family dispute of the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the 4th respondent is the wife of the petitioner and there is a family dispute pending between the parties in H.M.O.P.No.211 of 2021. The 4th respondent has also filed a petition for maintenance in H.M.O.P.No.243 of 2012 and the same is pending for disposal. While so, in order to harass the petitioner, the 4th respondent gave a false complaint and based on the complaint, the respondents no.1 to 3 have started to harass the petitioner. Therefore, he filed this petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents No.1 to 3 would submit that the 4th respondent, who is the wife of the petitioner had lodged a complaint Page No. 2 of 4
before the 3rd respondent and there is a family dispute also pending between the parties. Now, the complaint of the 4th respondent is under enquiry and they will complete the enquiry within a week.
4. Since there is a family dispute pending between the parties and the 4th respondent lodged a complaint before the 3rd respondent and now, the same is under enquiry, it is appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to complete the enquiry within one week from the date of this order. Accordingly ordered.
5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. No costs.
