PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to sanction the loan as per the recommendation of 2nd respondent dated 14.12.2023 to the petition under the UYEGP scheme of the Government of Tamil Nadu. ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to sanction loan as per the recommendation of the second respondent dated 14.12.2023 to the petitioner under UYEGP Scheme of the Government of Tamil Nadu.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent brought to the notice of the Court that the application of the petitioner was rejected on 08.03.2024 and a copy has also been received by the petitioner.
3. In view of the above said facts, this Court cannot issue a mandamus. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the said communication dated 28.02.2024, if he is so advised.
4. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
