ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.129 of 2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already appeared before the respondent police. 3.Considering the rival contentions of both the counsels, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 26.02.2022 at 11.00 a.m., and on such appearance, the respondent police is directed to proceed with the enquiry and conclude the same within a period of two weeks. Thereafter, if the respondent police come to the conclusion that cognizable offence is made out against the petitioner, an FIR can be registered, but the petitioner will be given due notice of the same so as to enable him to move the concerned Court for appropriate relief or otherwise, the respondent police is at liberty to close the complaint if no further action is necessary.
