ORDER

B.PUGALENDHI, J It is the case of the petitioner that his daughter Gayathri, aged about 18 years went missing on 13.10.2018, in connection with which, a case in Crime No.644/2018 was registered on 15.10.2018 for 'woman missing'. Since no effective action was taken, this Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2.Though the matter was not listed today, since the police had secured the detenue, we took the matter on Board. 3.Today, Mr.J.Sukumaran, Inspector of Police, Melur Police Station, Madurai, is present. The parents of the detenue are also present.

4.When enquired by us, the detenue stated that she wants to go with her parents. Recording the same, this petition is closed and the custody of Gayathri is handed over to her parents.
