Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.SUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.
3.Considering the above said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed.
