Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. 2.The petitioner filed this writ petition on 07.02.2023 apprehending that the third respondent may cause impediments for conducting the petition mentioned events. It appears that yesterday (08.01.2023) some developments had taken place. It is further submitted that the third respondent has indicated that he may not create any issue.
