The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 to 5 based on his representation dated 31.01.2021 and to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2021 was registered in CSR.No.45 of 2021 and posted for enquiry.

3.Recording the submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to dispose of CSR.No.45 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
