O. P. (MD) No. 4588 & 4589 of 2016 dated 16.03.2016 on the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice respectively.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S P.SENGUTTUARASAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) the petitioner are complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified as follows:

"The petitioner shall report before the Gujiliamparai Police Station daily at 06.30 pm until further orders. sd/- 01/04/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
