ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] The writ of Mandamus filed by the wife of Pandi(Convict No.25194) to consider her representation dated 20.12.2024 seeking ordinary leave for her husband who was convict for an offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) r/w 29(1), 8(c) r/w 27(A), 8(c) r/w 28 r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act, 1985. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents states that the representation of the petitioner being duly considered and rejected by the authorities on 28.01.2025 in proceedings No.735/Kc/2024. It is also stated that the copy of the said proceedings served to the said Pandi(Convict No.25194).

3.In the light of the above facts, the writ petition seeking mandamus is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order, if so adviced. No costs.
