RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3976 of 2017 dated 06.04.2017 that the Petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and thus render justice.

2. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.
