W.P(MD)No.3383 of 2021 Civil Court, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. 2.In view of the above, permission is granted. The Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the civil Court in the pending suit. No cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
