ORDER

The petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioners. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioners was registered in CSR.No.73 of 2021 and after conducting enquiry, the same was closed, since both the petitioners and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2761 of 2021 private respondents 3 to 9 represented before the second respondent that they would resolve their dispute before a competent civil Court.

3.The aforesaid submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) was not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
