ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner to withdraw the petitioner complaint on the influences of opposite parties.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint and on that basis, summons were issued to the petitioner as well as the counter petitioner and that the counter petitioner has appeared for enquiry, but the petitioner has refused to appear before the respondent Police.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the third respondent on receipt of summons.

4. Considering the nature of the dispute and also the submissions made on either sides, the third respondent is directed to follow the dictum laid down in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 and take action within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
