Wife being aggrieved her husband's abscondence has given a complaint on 04.10.2023 for man missing since 28.09.2023 and thereafter had filed this petition seeking production of the body or person of her husband. On notice, the Police has secured the detenu and produced before this Court. The said Praveen is present in Court and would state that due to misunderstanding with his wife, he has left the company of his wife and he is not inclined to join with her and he wants to work out his remedy as per law.

Since the detenu been produced before this Court and he is not inclined to join with the petitioner herein, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. No costs.
