ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.6, in Crime No.120 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 341 and 302 IPC and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the deceased had illicit relationship with one Chitra, sister of the petitioner. The said Chitra is married and is having two children. When the marriage was arranged to the deceased with another lady, the said Chitra pressurised the deceased to marry her and then, she committed suicide. In view of this, the petitioner and others colluded together and murdered the deceased and hence, a case has been registered for the offences under Sections 120(b), 341 and 302 IPC.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. There is no specific overt act as against the petitioner. Due to enmity, the petitioner's name is falsely implicated.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that due to previous enmity, the petitioner and others colluded together and murdered the deceased.

5. Considering the nature of offence as levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
