RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl. O. P. NO. 22104 of 2016 on 28.11.2016 and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.ANBARASU, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 11.12.2016 onwards. He further submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that in this case investigation is pending.

3. Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required or appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
