ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by B.PUGALENDHI, J] Ms.A.Grace Sophia Bai, Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Samayanallur is present.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that his son, Ukkesh, aged about 15 years went School on 28.01.2019 and thereafter his whereabouts were not known. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.13/2019 for 'Boy missing'. Since no effective steps were taken by the respondent police to secure the body, this Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

3. Today, Ukkesh is produced before thsi Court and when enquired by us, he stated that he left his home to Chennai out of exam fear. Since the detenu is a minor, his custody is handed over https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
