This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the Charge Sheet in C.C.No.66 of 2014 pending before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.V, Tirunelveli in Crime No.99 of 2013 u/s. 294 (b) and 506(ii) of IPC on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.When the matter was posted for admission on 22.12.2014, no representation for the petitioners and it was ordered to post after vacation. Thereafter, the matter is pending for the past 4 years without even ordering notice or admitting by this Court. 3.It seems that the petitioners have no interest to proceed with the matter, further. More over, the case is of the year 2014. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the pendency of this criminal original petition would not serve for any purpose. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
