ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to provide adequate police protection for the petitioner and his employees to conduct their business peacefully in the land comprised in Survey No.L10/1-3(42 cents), Vadiveeswaram South Village, Agastheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that the issue between the two groups of people and on that ground recommendation has been made to the competent authority to enquire the matter under Section 107 Cr.P.C. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that so far no notice or summon has been received by any officials.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives for further direction or consideration in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner must appear before the concerned authority to work out his remedy.
