This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents herein to grant permission and also adequate police protection to conduct Pooja and Annathanam on 09.03.2020 at Sri Mayandiswamy temple, situated at Moonandipatti Village, Madurai District, on the basis of the petitioner representation, dated 04.02.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.
