ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Court by an earlier order dated 23.11.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 12614 of 2020 had dismissed the bail application with a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial with a period of six months and the six month is yet to be completed.

2. In view of the same, the petition filed is premature, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
