[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] On a reading of the affidavit filed by the petitioner, it is seen that the detenue is with her grandparents, namely, the respondents 4 and 5. It is also seen that the petitioner and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents 4 and 5 are residing in the same village. Under such circumstances, this is not a fit case, where the writ of habeas corpus can be issued and hence, the habeas corpus petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
