This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking direction against the Respondent Police to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.89 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the Respondent Police, submitted that the investigation was already completed and had laid the final report in C.C.No.325 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai. The case is posted for appearance of accused on 15.02.2024.
