PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, to punish the respondents herein for committing contempt on willfully disobeying the orders of this Court passed in W.P.(MD)No. 23953 of 2024 dated 14.10.2024.

ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnors for their wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P. (MD)No.23953 of 2024 dated 14.10.2024.

When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the contemnors would submit that in pursuance of the direction issued on 17.03.2026, Non-Traceable Certificate has been issued to the petitioner and also produced the copy of the same.
