2.After making submissions, Mr.R.Anand, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15843 of 2012 submitted that liberty may be given to challenge the final report, which has already been filed.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petitions are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

disposed of. The respondent police is directed to serve copy of the final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Liberty is given to the petitioner/accused in Crl.O.P.No.15843 of 2012 to challenge the final report.
