[Order of the Court was made by B.PUGALENDHI, J.] Today, Mr.K.Angappan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Nazareth Police Station, Thoothukudi District, is present.

2. This habeas corpus petition is filed by the wife of the detenu stating that her husband Kalimuthu was found missing from 15.02.2019 and the respondent - Police have forcibly taken her husband and keeping him in their illegal custody.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's husband Kalimuthu is an accused in Nazareth Police Station Crime No.11 of 2019 and on 25.02.2019, he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the above submissions, the habeas corpus petition is closed.
