RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order relaxing the condition imposed on them by an order of this Honourable Court dated 20/04/2017 made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4617 of 2017 while releasing them on Bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No. 50 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Rajakkamangalam Police Station, Kanyakumari District and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S. PALANIVELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.RAMAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the above said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
