ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondent Police to complete 1/4

the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.303 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., 10.02.2023) the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the investigation is almost completed and they are going to file a charge sheet before the concerned Court shortly.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.303 of 2020 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
