ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking direction against the Respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No. 396 of 2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the Respondent Police, submitted that the investigation was already completed and awaiting only for medical report. It is his further submission that they are likely to file the final report within a period of two weeks.
