ORDER
This petition is filed to condone the delay of 368 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.
2.Heard the learned Additional Advocate General for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, even though the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has raised serious objection, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 368 days, however, on payment of costs.
