[Order of the Court was made by B.PUGALENDHI, J.] https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ It is the case of the petitioner that her daughter Sivaparvathi, aged about 22 years, has been abducted by respondents

4 and 5 and that they are demanding ransom for her release. Hence, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. Today, Mr.A.Devaraj, Sub-Inspector of Police, Pazhavur Police Station, Tirunelveli District, is present.

3. Sivaparvathi is produced before this Court. When we enquired her, she stated that she was in love with Vishnu (Respondent No.4) and since her parents had arranged for her marriage with another person, she decided to elope with the fourth respondent.

4. Since the alleged detenue is not in the illegal detention of anyone, no writ of habeas corpus can be issued. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
